This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the Policy) governs the collection, storage, use and protection of personal data by the Federation of Beach Wrestling of Ukraine (hereinafter — FBWU / ФПБУ), in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI dated June 1, 2010, and its amendments.

We collect the following categories of data:
- Contact form data — name, phone number, message text provided voluntarily by the user.
- Official contact information — names, positions, and contact details of federation officials, coaches, and regional representatives, published with their written consent.
- Athletes' data — name, year of birth, weight class, sports achievements, photo, provided within the framework of official sports activity.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, time of access (collected automatically by the server for security purposes).
We do not collect sensitive data (health information, biometric data, political or religious views).

- Athletes' data — for the duration of active career, then archived as part of sporting history.
- Technical logs — up to 90 days.
6. Data Transfer to Third Parties
We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be disclosed to:
- Hosting provider — for technical website operations (data processed within Ukraine or the EU).
- State authorities — if required by law (court order, law enforcement request).
- United World Wrestling (UWW) — athletes' sports results and federation reports as part of international obligations.

Under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", you have the right to:
- Access — to know what data about you we process;
- Rectification — to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Erasure — to request deletion of data that is no longer needed for the stated purposes;
- Withdrawal of consent — at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing;
- Objection — to object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- Complaint — to file a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
